This Is the Road That Poop Built

Remember the poop trucks that are always trying to run me off the road? The tank trucks that haul poop from the prison 3-4 times a day? I meet them on the blacktop county road, where there's barely enough room to pass such a truck. I don't want to be like The Pony, and get a tire off the edge of the blacktop!

Anyhoo... Hick says this poop has already been treated by the state prison system, and then it gets sprayed out on the ground to finish the treatment by being exposed to sunlight, or decompose in the dirt. I think it most likely washes down into the river or creeks when a rain comes. But I'm not a sanitary engineer. I guess I'll take Hick's word for it. I'm not sticking my nose into the poop field.

Anyhoo... last week I noticed something new.

That's BLACKTOP! Where there was no pavement before. This guy has a large piece of property, with several gravel roads through it.

I presume the state is paying to blacktop the road leading up the hill to the poop depository. I say that, because the road branching off to the left is the one leading to the guy's house. That's where I'd start, if i was blacktopping my own roads. I'd make a beautiful, wide driveway from my house out to the road. Forget the other roads. It's not like I'd want a smooth ride to go look out over my poop kingdom.

Looks like it pays to be a SludgeLord, accepting prisoner poop on your fields...

  1. Somehow being "Prison" poop makes it extra yucky!

    1. Well, seeing as how you're a POOP SNOB, maybe you would prefer YOUR field sprayed with the poop of supermodels...
