I am back home, barely. Got here Thursday afternoon, no thanks to that snow storm that delayed my release. My head is swimming, but I promise full details over the coming days. They won't be pretty.
Thank you to all who showed such concern. Indeed, it is not like Val to leave you hanging.
Wheeew! Can I put down those dirty water cocktails now?
ReplyDeleteSeriously, glad you are back. Take it easy the pennies are not going anywhere.
Not sure you won't need one for some harrowing parts.
DeleteThanks for the welcome back. The pennies and scratchers are on hold.
Glad you're back, pal. Er, I mean Val. Or Val Pal. Or Pal Val. Oh, never mind. Take it easy.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I am moving slower than Uncle Joe at the Shady Rest Hotel of Petticoat Junction.
DeleteI have been very worried, I knew this was going to be bad. SO happy you are back.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the welcome and the worry. It's been pretty bad. Hopefully I'm progressing!
DeleteEven unwell, it's good to be home. Unless you are SO sick you'd prefer a hospital.
ReplyDeleteNot gonna lie, I wasn't sure I was ready to go home.
DeleteThat ET finger light scared me when Bill's oxygen plummeted when he had pneumonia. That was seven years ago. I had Bill on one floor and my granddaughter and new great grandson on the maternity floor. I was riding that elevator all day back and forth like a carnival ride.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are better. Take it easy, girl. Do not bend over for a penny for a while, either.
It is indeed a scary thing! At least your oxygen would have been good, what with all your carnival-riding! I don't plan to bend over. I still have the dizzies, depending on how I turn my head.
DeleteThis is such a relief to "see" you again!!
ReplyDeleteI felt like I was slipping away this week. So unlike me to even have The Pony put up a message, but communication was difficult.
