This is A-Cad's rear end. Theses orange tubs are many years old. Came from the BARn. Probably stuff Hick had before we were married. The current tubs are the blue kind, in the background. The variety we have in the workshop on the other side of the wall of my basement lair, arranged on shelves built by Hick.
The Pony's Nissan Rogue is supposedly loaded with soft items like clothes, and important electronical thingies like his TV and laptop and tablet. Probably that Not-Heavenish Ouija Board as well...
If Hick didn't even have to lay down ONE of the back seats of A-Cad for this move, it speaks of the little material wealth The Pony has accumulated in four years. He's a simple creature.
Mrs. C has more tubs than that just to hold receipts from stop and shop for the last 17 years...don't ask.

DeleteI'm one of those people who seem to gather mountains of stuff without even trying, so when I move I have to hire packers and a giant truck plus driver and helpers, or make several trips with a friend, a helper and a large trailer.
ReplyDeleteI remember packing things in boxes when I moved here, there were fifteen boxes just with books and dvds! not huge boxes, but still too big to be lifted easily. You're lucky The Pony isn't like me, imagine if he was and came home needing three extra rooms!
Hick could have built The Pony themed sheds to hold such stuff. Imagine how many sheds he could build for YOU!

ReplyDeleteFew belongings. Few words. We said he could hang some of his clothes in Genius's unused room, since The Pony's room lacks closet space. He said, "I can't believe how many jackets Genius left! One, two...he has THIRTY jackets hanging in here!" Genius is a "collector" like Hick.
